clear to avoid any misunderstandings.
Terms & Conditions
The Wedding Horse & Carriage Co. is owned and operated by MP & LJ Wilson trading as The Heavy Horse Experience, hereinafter known as "The Operator".
The price will be agreed and notified in writing after all details have been provided to The Operator.
Bookings will only be confirmed on payment of a non refundable deposit. The Operator will provide a receipt.
The balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date. No refunds are payable.
Given that we are working with horses and the possibility of sickness or injury, The Operator reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, should it prove necessary. The welfare of our horses is our first consideration.
If we are unable to supply a pair of horses on the day we will offer the option of a single horse and suitable vehicle, (provided the terrain is not too steep for the horse). In the exceptional circumstance that The Operator cannot supply a horse and carriage, a full refund will be given.

We will make every effort to collect the passengers on time, we cannot accept any liability if the passengers are delayed at the agreed collection venue due to circumstances outside our control.
The collection location, destination and route are to be agreed at the time of booking. There can be no alteration without a minimum of fourteen days prior notification.
All children under ten years old are to be accompanied by an adult.
There is a strict No Smoking Policy whilst on the vehicle.
